I am almost ready for the upcoming Craft Show this September 6th.  I'm sure you can tell what my main theme is!!  Jewellery alternatives!  Looking forward to it, and of course will have cards for sale as well.  Wish me Luck!

Crochet Necklaces

Here are some of the Crochet Necklaces I make....a great alternative to scarves or jewellery and they can dress up an outfit or keep it casual.  So light that you don't even know you are wearing them and oh so many colours!!

Love making cards...only wish I had more time to devote to it.  sometimes I think my job is definitely interfering with my life as a crafter! LOL!!

More butterflies

I love butterflies,  can't you tell!  Having such fun now that I am back into card making!  Although I only began making cards last fall after visiting my son and daughter-in-law Lesley ( in BC), It has become a major part of my crafting enjoyment! she let me make a few cards while visiting and that's all it took!!

Thought I would add a couple of butterflies to the card I made yesterday, and I much prefer it.

I was having so much fun today making cards after such a long time being stagnate that I just don't want to quit.  Please, can we add another hour or two to the day...Please!!!

Happy March 11th to my Family and Friends

Haven't made any cards since December of last year and surely have missed it.  Today is the beginning of card-making all over again for me.   It's OK to take a break, but 3 months is WAY too long!  As  I have several birthdays this month, I best get my act together.  I only wish I could stop or at least slow down the clock when I am in my craft room!  doesn't seem to work though.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to all my family and friends!  My sister is coming for a visit tomorrow and I am really looking forward to seeing her!  This picture of the two of us was taken at our Mother's 80th Birthday celebration 6 years ago!  How time flies.
